We must engage in reaping of souls as a lifetime assignment. God places high value and premium on those who work for Him. We must look at how we can increase our value and become precious in the eyes of God. 

Mentality to possess. 

1. Appointment  mentality. Hebrews 6:10. Luke 10:1

2. Sower's mentality. Mark 4:26-27

3. Investor's mentality. Luke 2:49

4. Partnership with God mentality. 1 Corinthians 3:6-7

5. The rewards mentality. Revelation 22:12

Why Must I Be A Soul winner?

1. It is the first commandment Jesus gave. Matthew 28:18-20

2. It is a sign of our love for God. John 4:21-23

3. It is a mark of wisdom. Proverbs 11:30

4. You receive wages. John 4:36

5. Gathers fruit unto eternal life. 

6. They shine forever. Daniel 12:3

7. You enjoy divine health. Proverbs 13:17

8. You get supernatural empowerment. Romans 1:16

9. You enjoy divine protection. Luke 10:17-19

10. Unusual Joy.

Things to know as a soul winner.

1. You must be deeply conscious of what Jesus came to do for you.

2. You must understand the power of the gospel in your mouth. Romans 1:16

3. Know that only men can preach the gospel. 

4. Sinners will die and go to hell if we do not preach the gospel. Ezekiel 3:18.
