TOPIC
How to Provoke Miracles 2 [Things That Deny People of Their Miracles]
PREACHER
Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa
SCRIPTURES
Mark 6
Mark 5:1–43
Proverbs 4:5
Romans 10:17
Luke 1:45
2 Corinthians 4:13
John 16:24
John 3:1–2
Luke 8:39
Acts 10:38
2 Chronicles 20:20
KEY POINTS
1. Understanding Miracles
-
Miracles are real and represent the manifestation of God’s power at work in human affairs.
-
They are the outcome of the working of God’s Word, suspending or overriding natural and man-made laws.
-
Miracles demonstrate that God’s power is superior to every limitation of nature or circumstance.
2. The Power of Teaching
-
Teaching brings insight, understanding, instruction, and direction — all of which create an atmosphere for miracles.
-
When faith is built through the Word, the supernatural becomes natural.
3. Why Miracles Are Needed
-
To restore creation to its original order.
-
To destroy the works of the devil and set people free.
-
To bring joy and hope to many.
-
To cause others to believe in God.
-
To bring glory to God, revealing His love and presence among men.
4. How to Provoke Miracles
-
By hearing God’s Word — faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17).
-
By declaring God’s Word — your confession activates divine power.
-
By taking action in faith — obedience releases results.
-
By believing in the man of God — connecting to the anointing upon God’s servant brings manifestation (2 Chronicles 20:20).
5. Things That Deny People of Their Miracles
-
Lack of faith — without faith, it is impossible to receive.
-
Lack of knowledge — ignorance blocks access to the supernatural.
-
Lack of application of faith — hearing alone is not enough; faith must be acted upon.
-
Lack of aggression — spiritual passivity causes people to miss divine moments.
-
Lack of consistency — many stop believing too soon.
-
Being overly sensual or emotional — focusing on feelings instead of the Word.
-
Failure to press through — miracles require persistence and determination.
Examples:
-
The woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd until she touched Jesus’ garment and was healed.
-
Blind Bartimaeus refused to be silenced and received his sight.
“You must train yourself that whenever you enter an atmosphere of miracles, if there’s only one miracle, it must be yours.”
“There is help for everybody — but not everyone will access it.”
Therefore, take your miracle by faith and by force.
CONCLUSION
Miracles are a vital part of the Christian life — a demonstration of God’s power, love, and faithfulness.
Every believer can provoke a miracle through faith, action, and persistence.
Do not allow doubt, fear, or inconsistency to rob you of what God has already made available.
Like the woman with the issue of blood and Blind Bartimaeus, press through and take your miracle!

205| THE DYNAMICS OF THE DOMINION MANDATE| PEC 2025
Saturday Oct 25, 2025
Saturday Oct 25, 2025
TOPIC
The Dynamics of the Dominion Mandate
PREACHER
Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa
SCRIPTURES
Genesis 1:26–28
Romans 8:19
Ephesians 2:10
Isaiah 60:1–3
KEY POINTS
1. The Dominion Mandate Is Our Identity
-
The dominion mandate is not a prayer topic but a believer’s identity.
-
Every child of God already carries divine power and capacity to influence and transform their environment.
-
Dominion is not something to be requested; it is something to be walked in.
-
God’s intention is for believers to rise and function from their position of divine authority.
2. The Dynamics of Dominion Operate Through Prophetic Action
-
Dominion is activated through prayer, prophecy, and faith declarations.
-
As believers pray and declare, destinies are realigned, mysteries are unveiled, and lives are transformed.
-
The prophetic word unlocks divine realities and releases heaven’s authority on earth.
-
The believer’s mouth is a tool of dominion—words carry power to create, shift, and establish.
3. Dominion Expresses God’s Creative Nature
-
God is still releasing creative solutions through His people.
-
Dominion includes the grace to innovate, build, and bring divine ideas to solve world problems.
-
Believers are called to be partners with God in creation, manifesting wisdom and excellence in every field.
-
“God is not out of ideas — He’s looking for willing vessels to birth divine innovations.”
4. Dominion Is a Continuous Journey
-
Dominion is not passive or static; it requires spiritual growth and consistency.
-
No matter one’s current level, God continues to call His people higher in grace, depth, and dominion.
-
The more a believer yields to God, the more he operates in supernatural authority.
-
True dominion is a life of ongoing ascent — from glory to glory.
CONCLUSION
Day 6 of PEC 2025 was a night of prophetic dominion and divine empowerment.
Through worship, prayer, and prophecy, believers were reminded that they are born to rule and created to reign.
Dominion is both identity and responsibility — to think like God, speak like God, and create solutions for the world.
Dominion is not passive; it is prophetic, creative, and continuous.
Rise and walk in your mandate — you are a carrier of dominion!

204| THE CONCEPT OF THE DOMINION MANDATE| PEC 2025
Saturday Oct 25, 2025
Saturday Oct 25, 2025
TOPIC
The Concept of the Dominion Mandate — Rising as Eagles
PREACHER
Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa
SCRIPTURES
Genesis 1:26–30
Psalm 8:1–9
John 1:12–13
Romans 12:1–2
KEY POINTS
1. The Dominion Mandate
-
Man was created with a divine mandate to rule and have dominion over all creation.
-
Dominion is the original purpose for which God made man.
-
Every believer is designed to reign, rule, and silence the plans of the enemy.
-
God programmed the course of man’s life from creation — we are meant to operate by divine order, not worldly systems.
2. Dominion Requires Action
-
Dominion is not for the passive, but for those who are ready to rise and take charge.
-
Believers must not live below their divine potential.
-
“You cannot live like a chicken when you were created to soar like an eagle.”
-
To dominate means to walk in authority, boldness, and purpose as sons of God.
3. The Identity of Man in God
-
Man is made in the image and likeness of God, carrying His nature and authority.
-
When a believer lives like the world, he loses the expression of his divine design.
-
God’s Word reveals our true identity — it is the mirror that shows who man is in Christ.
-
Likewise, man is called to reflect God’s nature — “Man is the mirror that reflects who God is.”
4. Living Out the Mandate
-
To walk in dominion, believers must:
-
Renew their minds through the Word (Romans 12:1–2).
-
Live intentionally and purposefully.
-
Walk in obedience and spiritual authority.
-
Represent God accurately in character and power.
-
-
The dominion mandate calls every believer to rise like an eagle, soaring above limitations and mediocrity.
CONCLUSION
The message is a divine reminder that believers were not created to crawl or walk but to soar.
Dominion is our birthright, and God’s plan is for His children to live above fear, defeat, and worldly patterns.
Every believer must rediscover their divine identity, reflect God’s image, and take their rightful place in destiny.
Eagles don’t walk — they soar!

203| THE GREAT COMMISION, EVERY BELIEVERS MANDATE| SUNDAY CELEBRATION SERVICE
Tuesday Oct 14, 2025
Tuesday Oct 14, 2025
TOPIC: The Great Commission – Every Believer’s Mandate and Mission
PREACHER : REV. DR. EBENEZER OKRONIPA
SCRIPTURES
Mark 16:14–20
Matthew 28:16–20
Hebrews 3:17–19
Hebrews 11:1, 6
Hebrews 10:38
2 Corinthians 5:7
Romans 10:17
KEY POINTS
The Great Commission
-
The Great Commission represents Jesus’ final words before ascending into heaven.
-
It is a divine command, a kingdom mandate, and a spiritual charge to every disciple.
-
It carries the greatest task ever given to mankind — the salvation of the world through the gospel.
-
The final words of Jesus reveal what is most important to God: souls.
1. The Rebuke for Unbelief
-
Jesus rebuked His disciples for unbelief and hardness of heart.
-
Unbelief disqualifies men from divine usefulness.
-
Faith is the foundation for every divine assignment — the just shall live by faith.
-
Without faith, we cannot please God or fulfill His calling.
-
Faith in the Word and Power of God is essential.
-
Build faith through Scripture and the consistent hearing of the Word (Romans 10:17).
2. The Command of the Commission
-
Jesus commands: “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
-
The instruction implies:
-
Intentionality: Christianity is active — believers must go.
-
Global Scope: Every nation, culture, and environment is part of the mission field.
-
Specific Message: Preach the gospel, not opinions or traditions.
-
Universal Target: The gospel is for everyone — no one is excluded.
-
-
Every believer has a role — to go, send, pray, give, or support.
-
The strength of a church is not in seating capacity but in sending capacity.
3. The Consequence of the Commission
-
The gospel carries eternal consequences:
-
Belief → Salvation
-
Unbelief → Damnation
-
-
Faith in Christ is the only door to eternal life.
-
Baptism is an outward sign of inward transformation.
-
Preaching the gospel is not optional — souls depend on it.
4. The Confirmation of the Commission
-
The Great Commission is accompanied by divine power and manifestations.
-
Four confirming signs of believers:
-
Authority over demons — casting out devils in Jesus’ name.
-
Heavenly language — speaking with new tongues.
-
Supernatural protection — divine preservation in ministry.
-
Healing power — laying hands on the sick for recovery.
-
-
Every true gospel ministry must carry evidence of the supernatural.
5. The Continuation and Presence of Christ
-
After Jesus ascended, the disciples went out preaching, and the Lord worked with them.
-
Christ remains active on earth through His servants.
-
The Great Commission is a divine partnership — believers act, and God performs.
-
Miracles follow obedience; the going brings the glory.
-
As we obey the commission, we experience the Great Accompaniment — His abiding presence.
CONCLUSION
The Great Commission is not a suggestion — it is a command to every believer.
Heaven’s agenda is souls, and those aligned with that agenda walk in divine power and partnership.
Our true reward for serving Christ is eternal, not earthly.
The time to evangelize is now, not later — the harvest is ready.
The Master still calls: “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel.”
