3. It was watered by heaven and not by labour. Deu. 11:11

4. It is cared by God all yearlong. Deu. 11:12

5. It was a land of no scarcity. Deu. 8:7-9

6. Multiplication of resources. 

 

THE PROMISED LAND TO THE NEW TESTAMENT BELIEVER. 

1. Is a place in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Ephesians 1:9-11

2. Is a place of the fullness of the manifestation of the spirit. Ephesians 4:13-14

3. It is a place of rest in Christ. Hebrews 4:9-11

4. It is our place of the blessings in Christ. Ephesians 1:3-6

5. It is our place of our inheritance in Christ. 

6. It is the place where all things are working. 

Theme: Prophetic Living

Being at the right place at the right time is a product of prophetic living. 

Every child of God can live prophetically. 

Living prophetically means living by God's word in the now. 2 Peter 1:12

When you live prophetically; 

1. You live purposefully.

2. You escape evil. 

3. You prosper without sweat. 

TO LIVE PROPHETICALLY. 

1. You must understand the power of words.

2. Understand the power of prophetic directions.  Kings 4:3

3. Understand the power of tokens and symbols. 2 Kings 2:19-22. 2 Kings 6:5-6

4. Understand the power of prophetic mantles. Acts 19:12

5. Understand the power of seed and sacrifices. 1 Samuel 9:6-8

4. Prayer and fasting. 1 Samuel 1:9

5. Kingdom Service. Matthew 6:33

6. Start your year with a seed. 1 Samuel 1:21. Genesis 8:22

7. Thanksgiving. Jeremiah 30:19.

The promise land is also known as the Canaan land or the land of prophecy. 

God wants us to get to the stature of the fulness of Christ. 

Getting to the promise land is getting to place of fulfillment of the prophecies of God. 

The promise land talks of where God's faithfulness is expressed. 

Characteristics of the land. 

1. It is a good land; pleasing land, does well, desirable. Joshua 23:15

2. It is a land that flows with milk and honey. 

3. It is a land that is watered by the dew of heaven. 

Theme: JESUS GOD'S WAY TO A GLORIOUS DESTINY

Exodus means a deliverance from the land of Egypt into the land of promise

How to make it to the land of promise?

To see the glory of God in our lives, we must align ourselves to the ways of God. 

There is a destiny that has been programmed for us. God wants it to end us well. 3 John 1:2. Jeremiah 29:11

Types of destinies

1. Physical destiny

2. Spiritual destiny. 

Why it does not end us well?

1. Stubbornness. Proverbs 16:25

2. Not choosing the right way. Deuteronomy 30:19

 

Jesus is the way of God. 2 Corinthians 5:19. John 14:6

The way of Jesus leads to:

1. Healing. 

2. Prosperity. 2 Corinthians 8:9

3. He brings us from the place of guilt to a place of freedom. 

4. He brings us to righteousness. Romans 5:1
