Wisdom is the spice of life. 

1. Be saved. Acts 17:30. 2 Corinthians 5:17

2. The wisdom of building. 2 Chronicles 8:1-6. It takes wisdom to build. 

3. Live by the word of God. Matthew 4:4. Luke 4:4. Deuteronomy 8:3. Numbers 11:7-8. Hebrews 11:3

Habakkuk 2:4

“Behold the proud,
His soul is not upright in him;
But the just shall live by his faith.

To please God we must live by the word of God. Faith is the access key to a world of signs and wonders. 

The goodness of God causes you to do well.

As a parent, you should be interested in the psychological, physical and emotional welfare of your child.

Ephesians 6:1-4

1. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. ² “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: ³ “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.”

⁴ And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.

We must not blame children for anything. 

Children are spiritual beings that carry capacity. 

You must seek for the welfare of the children. 

We must also give unto the children.

Romans 11:22

²² Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, ^[a]goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.

How to Provoke the goodness of God.

1. Give your life to God. 

2. Fear God. We can fear God through the goodness of God or through the severity of God. Psalm 31:19. Job 1:6-11. Psalm 34:1-11. Romans 2:4-11. 

a. The heart that fears God is the heart that turns to God. 

b. It is the heart that pants after God. Proverbs 23:26

c. The fear of God is to hate evil and unrighteousness. 

3. Having faith and trust in God. Isaiah 26:3-4. Hebrews 11:6. Proverbs 3:5-6

4. Humility. Humility causes you to place God in is rightful place in your life. 

a. Humility causes you to treat other right. 

It causes you to trust God. 1 Peter 5:5-7

1. His character. He is the person of goodness and goodness is Him.

2. Through His kind interventions. Psalm 107:1

There is a great goodness of the Lord has has the ability to turn lives around.

Nehemiah 9:25

²⁵ And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.

How to access the goodness of the Lord. 

1. Become born-again. 

2. Prayer. It brings the presence of God. 

PRAYER.

Lord let a sign of your great goodness manifest in my life, in the name of Jesus.

1. The name of the lord is the number one provoker of the goodness of the Lord. Exodus 33:19. 

2. It is the kindness and graciousness of God in display. Exodus 34:5-8. 

3. It is the component of God which inspires loving worship. Romans 2:4. 

4. It is the secret to a life of glory, miracles and testimonies. Nehemiah 9:21-22,25

1. Wisdom puts you on top

2. It serves for a defense and security. Ecclesiastes 7:12,9:14-16

3. It makes you a builder. Proverbs 24:3, 1 Kings 9:10,17-19

4. It brings fame. 1 Kings 4:29-34

THREE THINGS SUPENATURAL WISDOM ENTAILS

1. It entails living by the word of God. Matthew 7:24-29

2. It entails soul winning. Proverbs 11:30

3. It entails living by the fruits of the spirit. James 3:17

 

WAYS OF ACCESSING THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM.

1. Meditation. Joshua 1:8

2. Impartation. Deuteronomy 35:9

3. Connecting with the anointing. 1 John 2:20. 1 Corinthians 1:30. James 1:5

 Theme: THE PURPOSE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS FOR KINGDOM SERVICE

3. He gives clarity, direction and specification for ministry.
