DAY 3

It's getting bigger, better, and greater at this year's Faith Convention. Lives are being transformed. Destinies are being shaped. And paradigms are being shifted to make room for what God has destined for His children in these end times.

Day 3 of Faith Convention was equally an eye-opener for every attendee at the meeting. The deep cravings for a supernatural encounter that'll catapult one into a place of fulfillment and establishment were glimpsed on the faces of ravenous souls whose primary goal was to receive answers to their nudging issues.

The service commenced on the premise of intense, heartfelt prayers, geared toward prepping the atmosphere for a mighty move of God. 

Every departmental unit of the Church arrived on time to ensure the smooth sailing of the meeting. One after the other, congregants trooped into the auditorium and filled the room with great expectancy. 

The General Overseer, Ps. Ebenezer Okronipa walked onto the pulpit with the presence of God, poised to accomplish his assignment of preparing the Body of Christ for Jesus' return. 

Proceeding with the third part of his message titled, "The Faith Life- Living By Faith", he recapped on the need for Christians to live by faith. Thereafter, the servant of God rocketed into what can satisfy the qualms on the minds of people.

Giving exegesis of the Scripture in Romans 10: 17, he revealed that, "the premise of faith is on what God has said. Therefore, to live by faith is to live by what God is saying to you." He further iterated, "living by faith means you're leaving above what Science can prove."

Ps. Eben advised members to seek from God what exactly He expected of them, else, their lives will be a perpetual rollercoaster of frustrations. 

He led congregants to pray for divine direction and most of them testified about receiving specific instructions from the Lord concerning distinct areas of their lives.

The spiked-up atmosphere veered into prophetic ministrations and the man of God ministered to some individuals. Before ending the service, he declared, "I'll start ministering to individuals tomorrow."

Day 2 of Faith Convention could only be described as a progression of what God began at the Grand Opening. It substantiated how the Omnipotent God has something distinct for His children daily. It opened the eyes of congregants to tap into the imperceptible realm and lay hold on unseen resources.

By 6 pm, the 'Prayer Bulldozers' crammed the entire auditorium and church premises with all kinds of invocations. The stunningly adorned Ushers and Protocol Unit, in their red and white ensembles, added a touch of doll to the art of the Beautification Unit. By the time the anointed Overcomers minstrels glided the podium, the arena shrieked miracles. They ushered congregants to throw caution to the wind and danced their dismay away. 

A handful of recorded testimonies were shared and one young man shared a live testimony of God's goodness in his life. Unquestionably, Overcomers Nation Church is a house of testimonies!

Before the General Overseer mounted the podium, congregants had already enunciated some powerful faith-filled declarations; making them ready to receive from the Lord. As the bards sang out with their entire being, the General Overseer, Ps. Ebenezer Okronipa began his ministration. 

Continuing his message on "The Faith Life", he elucidated how Faith is a belief in the reality of the invisible.
Citing his Scriptural references from Psalm 119:130, Mark 5:29-30, Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11, 1Peter 1:7-9, and a host of other Scriptures, Ps. Eben revealed the two kinds of Faith; Humanistic faith and the God-kind of faith. The humanistic kind of faith walks by sensory perceptions, he defined. "But this kind of faith always fails" he indicated.
"To live by faith is to live with an awareness of this unseen world, which is filled with unseen personalities and unseen resources", and this is the God-kind of faith, Ps. Eben emphasized. He stressed the need for members to strive to live the faith life without which they'll not see the full manifestation of every prophetic word spoken over their lives. "Until you develop the necessary faith for your miracle, you'll think that your prophecy is a mirage", he noted.

In the course of his ministration, Ps. Eben steered congregants to look beyond the physical realm and create the manifestation of their expectations from the unseen world. 
 
The tangible presence of God was felt in the auditorium as one could perceive the unseen realm after Ps. Eben made it real for even children to understand and exercise their faith. 

It was such a joy to personally hear the testimony of one kid who received her healing during the ministration. She said; "before attending the service with my mom, my heart was paining me. But when Ps. Eben asked those trusting God for healing to place their hands on the affected parts, I put my hand on my chest. And as he prayed for us, the pain disappeared." This was the testimony of a girl of about 4 years old. Several people equally testified about how God had healed them in the course of the service. 

No doubt, Jesus is still in the miracle business. The atmosphere in the auditorium wheezed out supernatural manifestations. 

Ps. Eben ended his ministration by encouraging members to invite more people to also partake in the blessings God is unleashing on His children.

#255 LIVING BY FAITH 1 (Faith Convention Day1)

The Grand Opening of Faith Convention 2021 took flight yesterday at exactly 6:30 pm, at Overcomers Nation Church in Accra.

It was such a fascinating sight at the church premises as hungry souls dawdled around, waiting for the meeting to commence.

One cannot underestimate the role of prayer in such a spiritual meeting. Therefore, the service started with thunder-breaking prayers led by the muscly Elijah Generation, the prayer unit of the Church. They set the pace for all other ministrations to follow.

The ever-anointed and glamorous minstrels took over from the 'Prayer Buzangas' and spiked up the atmosphere, causing the congregants to forget about their fusses and dance to the glory of God.

The anointed minstrels ushered the General Overseer to the podium with soothing music that added a whip of glory to the already heavenly saturated atmosphere.

The General Overseer, Bishop Ebenezer Okronipa, who was looking dope in his grandiloquent birthday outfit, availed himself for the Holy Spirit to use him to be a blessing to everyone who attended the service.

He preached on the message titled: "Living by Faith". This was extracted from the event theme for this year: "The Faith Life."
Citing 1 Samuel 3:21, Romans 5:1, Romans 1:17, Romans 11:6, Luke 18:1-8, among other Spirit-inspired Scriptures, Ps. Eben emphasized the need for every believer to live by faith.
He explained that faith is the only thing that'll cause God to recognize you. More importantly, he revealed how one cannot fulfill destiny without faith.
He stated; "Your winning factor is your Faith." It, therefore, infers that living by faith is not an option for the believer, It's a MUST!

His ministration was backed by Power and great manifestations of the Holy Spirit, as most congregants began to fall under the anointing. He ministered to some individuals as the Holy Spirit led him. It was such a glorious sight to behold.

The meeting ended with a surprise birthday shindig by the entire church. The General Overseer was simply overwhelmed, but that's how deep the church appreciates and loves him.
