Thanksgiving is not just a duty—it brings fulfillment and opens the door to even greater blessings. It not only makes you whole but also positions you to receive more. Truly, thanksgiving is a mark of spiritual class and maturity.
What Thanksgiving Does
- It Brings Fulfillment: Gratitude fills the heart with joy and satisfaction, aligning us with God’s perfect will.
- It Breaks Curses: Thanksgiving has the power to overturn negative circumstances and bring divine intervention.
What You Have to Be Thankful For
- Salvation (Ephesians 2:8; 2 Timothy 1:9): The priceless gift of eternal life through grace.
- Life: The breath in our lungs and every moment we are given.
- Provision: God’s faithfulness in meeting our needs.
- Deliverance: His protection from the schemes of the enemy.
- Purpose: Using us as vessels to reach unbelievers and spread His love.
- Heavenly Citizenship: The privilege of being citizens of His kingdom.
- Relationships: The people God brings into our lives to guide, support, and bless us.

"Kingdom Invasion," Dr. Okronipa ,citing the thematic Scripture for PEC '24 (Matthew 28:18-20), Dr. Okronipa explained that an invasion is the act of entering or taking control of a place forcefully, often without permission.
He emphasized that God wants each individual in the church to become aware of this truth: WE ARE A NATION. Adding, "When you become aware that you are a nation, you won't live your life carelessly. You have to reach this place of insight and understanding."
