4. Activate by making prophetic decrees and faith proclamations. Ecclesiastes 11:3. Psalm 105:19.

Fasting refers to abstinence, staying away from natural things so that we can give attention to God for a period of time. Psalm 35:13. 2 Samuel 125:16-17

You cannot fulfill your assignment on this earth if you do not know how to fast. Fasting must be a conscious thing you do to the Lord. Matthew 23:12

SIX BENEFITS OF FASTING. 

1. It subdues the flesh. 1 Corinthians 9:27

2. It brings us into fellowship with God. 2 Corinthians 6:5, 11:27

3. You hear from God. Acts 13:2

4. It activates great spiritual power. Luke 4:1-2,14

5. It drives away doubt and unbelief for faith to operate. Mark 17:20-21

6. It turns difficult situations around. Esther 4:15-16

WHAT MUST YOU GIVE?

1. Give yourself

2. Give your substance. 2 Corinthians 8:1-5

AVENUES OF GIVING THAT OPEN DOORS

1. First fruit. Proverbs 3:9-10.

2. Tithe. Malachi 3:9-10

3. Kingdom promotion. Mark 10:28-30

4. The prophet's seed. 2 Chronicles 20:20

5. Giving to the poor. Leviticus 19:9-10

 

HOW TO GIVE?

1. Give God first. 1 Kings 17:13

2. Give willingly.

3. Give in faith. Hebrews 11:17

4. Give celebrating for the opportunity to give. 2 Corinthians 9:7

Thanksgiving is ascribing all the glory to God for all His deeds and works in our lives. 

Psalm 103:1-5. 

Real praise is you speaking to yourself.

Psalm 34:1. Thanksgiving must be a part of us everyday. 

Psalm 116:12. It is a debt we owe God. 

DOORS THAT PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING OPENS

1. Door to the presence of God. Psalm 100:1-4

2. Praise opens prison doors. Acts 16:25-26

3. It supplies doors. John 5:13

4. Multiplication doors. Jeremiah 30:19

5. Doors to life. 

Worship must be;

From the heart

With understanding

In spirit and in truth

Be in humility
